All our student properties are fumigated monthly by Rentokil Initial. We fumigate for insects and rodents.

We contract Phambili Penn Fire for our fire safety needs and certification

Security

We have CCTV cameras outside, and in all communal areas inside our student
properties.

We also have biometric security at the entrance to 377 Lower Main Road, and access tags at the entrance of 441 Main Road
